Because of the frequency and various hours for different locations, I have a solid baseline for the overall staff friendliness and extra efforts put forth (and sometimes lack of). Over the past YEAR, the location on Ponce and THIS location has been almost even , but THIS location constantly pushes onward for the lead- taking 1st place because of the STAFF! The staff has been consistent as the friendliest and is actually interested in making you feel special whether it’s noticing something about you and paying you a compliment, or asking if you’d like this or that with your order, and going out of their way for any special requests.

Worst was today when the mcdonalds app again crashed when going to the ba da .. screen. Charged my credit card, shows the order in my history, and my items are still in my bag and I can’t checkout because I already used the deal. They couldn’t help at the mcdonalds which I understand but it is very inconvenient. So now I wait a few days to dispute it with my ccard which hopefully I can remember to do. If you didn’t charge up front both of these issues and more would be non events but now I just don’t want to use the unstable and unreliable app at all. Since you overcharge to order in person to make up for the deals ordering in person is out.

I have experienced so many different “extras” I won’t take up MORE of your read time by listing them all- but for a quick example: I ordered a large Caramel Frappe with extra whipped cream; When I got to the window, the staff person confirmed if I indeed wanted Em excesso whipped cream & proceeded to ask if I would like it all on top or split with a layer at the bottom and then the middle and the top. WH WH WHAT???? Never have I been offered a choice. YES!!!!! Omg how much I appreciated that extra little attention -so much I still remember how happy I was (AGAIN) driving away that day.
